Damages and Issues

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on any items, including personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items, due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, including under the EU 14-day cooling-off period. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at contact@mindsqr.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
